Additionally, all our threadless ends are hypoallergenic, made from titanium or solid, nickel-free 14K white gold. For an edgy look, our black titanium ends are PVD plated and paired with uncoated titanium posts, ensuring secure, comfortable wear over the long term.

What is the black coating on the black titanium ends?

The black coating on our titanium ends is a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating. This durable finish is designed to withstand everyday wear, but please note that the posts are uncoated to ensure safety. While the coating is resilient, scratches or chips may occur over time.

What gauge, post length, and size do I need?

To simplify things, all our studs feature a standard 16-gauge post – ideal for healed needle-pierced piercings in nearly every spot on your ear. The posts come in a versatile 6mm length, which fits most healed piercings comfortably. If you need a different size for thicker areas (like lobes) or more delicate spots (such as the helix or upper lobes), we also offer various post lengths separately to ensure the perfect fit.
