Return and Exchange Policy
At Lux Punk, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note: Earrings, including flatback stud earrings and hoops, are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return:

Orlando, FL 32811 - Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't fit as expected.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available for unworn rings that did not fit or did not meet your expectations.
- You can exchange them for a different size or opt for store credit.
- Please note: Flatback stud earrings and hoops cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact us at support@luxpunkshop.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the exchange process and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
- Earrings: All earrings, including flatback studs and hoops, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to sanitary and hygiene reasons.
- Used Jewelry: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used jewelry.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Custom and Personalized Items: Custom products or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved.
- If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@luxpunkshop.com.
