FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?
All in-stock items are processed and hand-packed within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

How is Lux Punk jewelry packaged?
Each piece arrives in Lux Punk–branded packaging, ready to gift or store. Studs are mounted on our signature lime-green earring cards, while hoops, charms, and extra posts come in soft black suede pouches. Rings and necklaces are presented in matte black jewelry boxes for a lux unboxing experience.

Is my package insured?
Yes — all shipments include basic carrier insurance. If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, reach out to support@luxpunkshop.com, and we’ll make it right.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. For hygienic reasons, earrings and body jewelry are final sale. If you need help choosing the right size (such as post length or hoop diameter), email support@luxpunkshop.com before ordering.
